What’s your method for disinfecting your tools? Also, an English language tip (native speaker) Difference in pronunciation ‘ferMENTing’ your pronunciation is correct but ‘FERment’ emphasis on first part of word not on second part. To pronounce

I’m a white dude who’s been making all my own kimchi, gochujang paste, and 1 not so great attempt at fish sauce 😂 white girls who see my creations look at me like I’m crazy. Asian women who see it fall in love with me 😂

I've been lactofermenting for years, but I always do a 2% salt brine, but not based on the weight of the vegetables I'm using. It's based on a simple 20 grams of salt per L of brine. Its also not an exact science. I ferment everything and my stuff lasts over a year!

Multiplied by 0.02…. Why not say .02??? The extra zero is pointless… you added extra words and numbers and that actually makes you sound dumbed down.

Original wild uncultivated blueberries are very sweet and have a strong desirable taste. Most grow quite low to the ground. All cultivated blueberries often taste a bit bitter but mostly they taste bland or have no taste at all and it would be better to eat cardboard becasue it is less expensive.
